I work on my own from home.

I have been here in Spain since 2004, and like many people I struggled to find work to begin with.

I got a job in a Spanish bar preparing tapas and meals. This experience really kick started a desire to cook, enjoy and share great food. The bar was then sold and reopened as an English bar, that’s not what I came to Spain for! I wanted to continue cooking so I did some research and spotted an opportunity to let my passion be my profession.

I am committed to using only fresh natural ingredients, nothing artificial, that I have where at all possible sourced locally.

I believe you can have a good healthy diet yet still eat tasty fun food.

I hope that you enjoy eating my food as much as I enjoy cooking it.
