It's about spirituality, the Reiki system of healing energy, the Bach flower remedies and the integral yoga teachings of Swami Satchidananda. These four life changing visions are very important to me and are personified by the Buddha, Dr. Bach, Dr. Usui and Swami Satchidananda. Furthermore I offer you the opportunity to get yourself aquainted with the art of meditation and mandala drawing, which is in fact also a form of meditation.

For the physical relaxation I can also recommend a foot massage based on the principles of reflexology.
